The African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Sokoto State, Manir Muhammad Dan'iya, has pledged to collaborate with the Federal Government and stakeholders to establish the proposed Federal Polytechnic in Yabo if elected governor in 2027. Dan'iya described the institution as a strategic investment in education, skills development, and economic growth. He made the commitment during a campaign event, emphasising the importance of vocational training for youth empowerment.
