Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State has commended the national leadership of the All Farmers Association of Nigeria for its commitment to farmers and agricultural development. The commendation came during the inauguration of the newly elected AFAN Yobe State Chapter executives, where the governor was represented by the Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon. Ali Mustapha Golori. The AFAN national leadership presented an Award of Excellence in Agricultural Activities and Food Security to Governor Buni. The newly elected state chairman pledged to work with AFAN leadership at all levels to promote farmers' welfare and advance agricultural activities.
