A commercial bus driver in Lagos was detained after accepting a package containing an energy drink bottle for delivery to Ondo State. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) discovered that the bottle concealed Colos and methamphetamine. The driver, unaware of the contents, was later released after operatives traced and arrested the person who gave him the package. NDLEA Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, warned that others may not be as fortunate if the sender cannot be identified.
