Suspected Lakurawa terrorists attacked Ungushi village in Kebbe Local Government Area of Sokoto State on Sunday afternoon, killing two people, including a local vigilante, and injuring another. Local vigilantes engaged the attackers in a gun battle that lasted over an hour. Security personnel were mobilized to the area following reports of the attack.
