The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Campaign Council has asked Governor Babagana Zulum to explain a circulating video in which he allegedly threatens the arrest of people using the 'Tinubu Must Go' slogan. The ADC says the video contradicts Zulum's recent denial that he ordered the arrest of opposition supporters. The council is demanding clarification.
