Vice President Kashim Shettima has called for a more supportive business environment for Nigerian women, stating that the nation owes them an economy that matches their contributions. He made the call in Katsina State during the launch of the Community Investment Fund disbursement under the Nigeria for Women Programme Scale-Up Project. Shettima also inaugurated 32 compressed natural gas-powered buses and 200 electric-powered tricycles, and received defectors into the All Progressives Congress.
