NMA gives Oyo govt two-week ultimatum to resolve doctors’ concerns

The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Oyo State branch, has given the Oyo State Government a two-week ultimatum to resolve the lingering welfare and remuneration crisis confronting medical doctors. The association stated that it might not be able to guarantee continued industrial harmony in the health sector beyond October 12, 2026. The ultimatum was issued on Sunday, following unresolved issues affecting doctors in the state.
