The Ekiti State Government has empowered 100 persons with disabilities by providing them with work tools after they completed an intensive skills acquisition programme. The empowerment is part of the state's efforts to support PWDs in becoming self-reliant. The beneficiaries received the tools to help them establish their own businesses or trades.
