Sanwo-Olu Lauds Greenwich on Opening of Bank Branches

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has commended Greenwich Bank Limited for opening its first three commercial banking branches in Lagos. The governor, represented by Commissioner for Finance Abayomi Oluyomi, said the expansion would support financial inclusion, wealth creation, and economic growth in the state. Greenwich Bank's branch openings mark the first major phase of its physical rollout after transitioning from a merchant bank to a commercial bank with regional authorization. Sanwo-Olu noted that Lagos needs banks like Greenwich to expand business opportunities and expressed confidence in the bank's support for businesses and customers.
