Hunters and non-indigenes resident in Ogun State, as well as a youth group in Kwara State, have pledged to vote massively for President Bola Tinubu in next year's general election. The hunters, under the Ilupeju Egba Hunters Association, and the Association of Non-Indigenes in Ogun State made their positions known during separate meetings with Chief Segun Sowunmi, convener of The Alternative movement. The meetings were held in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. The Seriki Ode of Egbaland, Chief Bamigbose Olusegun, spoke on behalf of the hunters and expressed confidence that Tinubu would consolidate on the works of the APC.
