The Makinde-Daura Presidential Campaign Organisation (MDPCO) of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has described the recent three-day warning strike by workers as a referendum on the Tinubu administration. The campaign council stated that a Makinde-Daura presidency would implement a blueprint for economic recovery to lead the nation out of its current situation. Richard Ihediwa, Director of Strategic Communications, said the strike highlighted the effects of the administration's economic policies. The APM campaign asserted that the strike reflects widespread poverty triggered by ill-conceived policies.
