NAFDAC raids Lagos markets, seizes N300 million worth of banned alcoholic drinks

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) conducted enforcement operations in Lagos State targeting banned sachet alcohol and alcoholic drinks packaged in PET bottles below 200 millilitres. During the raids, NAFDAC seized alcoholic beverages worth an estimated N300 million. The operations are part of the agency's efforts to enforce regulations on alcohol packaging and sales.
