Furaha keeps 100,000 Ugandan children in school, targets 10 million across Africa by 2030

Furaha has announced that it has supported parents in keeping 100,000 Ugandan children in school through purpose-driven financing. The technology platform, incubated by SC Ventures, provides an advanced lending platform to partner banks including Diamond Trust Bank Uganda, Cairo Bank Uganda, Opportunity Bank, and FINCA. Furaha aims to reach 10 million children across Africa by 2030, addressing the challenge of education costs and household income cycles.
