The Anambra State Government has called on the electorate to resist voting for Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, in the 2027 general election. The government made the call on its official X account, managed by the office of the New Media to Governor Charles Soludo, on Monday. It asserted that Obi destroyed the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). The statement did not provide further details on the claim.
