The Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) joined local communities and conservation stakeholders for the fifth edition of the Mukogodo Walk Wild event at Lokusero in Mukogodo Forest. The event was attended by Major General Kamoiro, General Officer Commanding Central Command, and Brigadier A. M. Saman, Commander Operation Maliza Uhalifu, among other senior KDF commanders. Mukogodo Forest is Kenya's largest dryland forest ecosystem and an important wildlife corridor connecting Laikipia, Isiolo, and Samburu counties. The event, hosted at Lokusero Secondary School, aimed to promote environmental conservation and peaceful coexistence among communities.
