The Rivers State Police Command has arrested Felix Dibia, a member of the Onelga Security and Advisory Committee (OSPAC), for allegedly shooting and killing Francis Chibuzor Ogwu in Omoku, headquarters of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area. According to Daily Trust, the vigilante operative accosted the deceased and another person on the night of Thursday, October 1, 2026, ordering them to sit on the ground. When the other person fled, Dibia allegedly shot Ogwu and buried the body in a shallow grave.
