The Performance Management and Compliance System (PMCS) Team of Liberia's Office of the Cabinet, Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs, conducted a day-long verification and assessment exercise with the Ministry of Education. The exercise aimed to strengthen accountability, transparency, performance monitoring, and effective implementation of government programs. It focused on verifying activities reported for the first and second quarters and assessing alignment with the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development, particularly Pillar Six on education and human capital development. Led by Atty. Nicole B. W. Harijgens, the team worked with Assistant Minister Hon. Oscar G. Flomo and technical staff, and the Ministry presented progress, including the placement of more than 2,000 volunteer teachers.
