The Anambra State Government has called on supporters of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to reject Peter Obi and the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) ahead of the 2027 general elections. In a post on its official X account, the government alleged that Obi has worked against APGA since leaving the party in 2014. It urged APGA supporters to defend the party and resist the NDC, stating that a vote for Obi and the NDC would kill APGA.
