The Federal Government has completed 10 radiodiagnostic centres and three cancer centres across Nigeria, according to the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate. Pate disclosed this in Bauchi during the commissioning of a radiodiagnostic centre at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital. He said the diagnostic centres were executed through MedSafe and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority, describing the development as the largest expansion of health infrastructure and equipment in Nigeria's history.
