Wealthy Swiss investors who hold voting shares in Lindt & Sprüngli receive a blue briefcase filled with about 10 pounds of chocolate each year at the company's annual meeting in Zurich. The briefcase is given to voting shareholders, but a single voting share costs around 78,000 Swiss francs, or more than $94,000. One local investor described the tradition as a "very Swiss kind of flex."
