The Federal Government has described healthcare as critical economic infrastructure, stressing that investments in health are investments in Nigeria's human capital, productivity, and long-term economic growth. The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Taiwo Oyedele, stated this at the commissioning of NSIA-MedServe Diagnostic Centres in Bauchi and Ibadan.
