Dr Olufemi Oluwatayo, a Consultant Psychiatrist and Medical Director of Ikeja Specialist Clinic & TMS Centre, Lagos, will speak on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) at the 4th Vanguard Mental Health Summit. The summit is scheduled to open on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. TMS is presented as an additional treatment option for young Nigerians with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD who do not respond to conventional treatment. The presentation will contribute to broader discussions on the role of technology in youth mental health, including both challenges and expanded treatment possibilities.
