Regxta Global Services Limited, a Lagos-based lender, has disbursed over ₦10 billion in loans to individuals and micro-business owners across Nigeria. The company uses an alternative-data credit scoring model designed for borrowers who may have little or no conventional credit history. This milestone addresses the broader challenge of access to credit for small businesses and informal-sector borrowers in Nigeria.
