Otti Gives Abia Teachers N1 Billion and Orders Sacked Staff Back to Work

Abia State Governor Alex Otti has announced a major package for teachers in the state. The package includes N1 billion to be shared among them. He also ordered that affected teachers under the age of 65 be returned to work.
