Go out, collect your PVC irrespective of who you want to vote — Makinde

Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has called on Nigerians to collect their Permanent Voter Cards ahead of the 2027 general elections, regardless of their preferred candidates. In a video shared on his official Instagram page, Makinde displayed his own PVC and stressed that the voter card is a key tool for exercising constitutional rights. He noted that the Independent National Electoral Commission has scheduled October 9, 2026, as the start date for PVC collection.
