The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, has expressed concern over inadequate personnel and the state of facilities at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan. He made the observation while receiving a courtesy visit from the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr Taiwo Oyedele, and the Coordinating Minister of Health.
