Idele has been appointed to lead the APC Women Presidential Campaign Council. She stated that under her leadership, the council will engage women's groups, market associations, professional bodies, community organisations, and other grassroots networks to support Tinubu's re-election bid. The campaign effort is part of preparations for the 2027 presidential election.
