Legal practitioner Amupitan has explained why the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has not complied with a court judgment regarding Gbenga Hashim and others. The Federal High Court in Abuja had on Monday affirmed Olawepo-Hashim as the presidential candidate of the Accord Party for the 2027 presidential election. Amupitan's comments shed light on the reasons behind INEC's non-compliance.
