The Congress of University Academics (CONUA) has called on the Federal Government and security agencies to deploy heavy highway surveillance and expedite rescue operations for 20 abducted prospective National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members. The young graduates were ambushed almost a week ago by gunmen near Umunoha in the Mbaitoli Local Government Area. CONUA's demand comes amid concerns over the safety of corps members.
