Lola Ogunbote, a Nigerian-born football administrator, has joined Chelsea Women as Head of Football Operations and Player Services. She previously spent almost five years at Burnley Women, where she was the club's first Head of Women's Football and contributed to recruitment, player development, and performance structures. Ogunbote began working behind the scenes at Chelsea earlier this summer, overseeing aspects of the women's team's operations, including its pre-season tour of Australia and New Zealand. She has also managed logistical demands for Chelsea Women's matches in the Women's Super League and UEFA Women's Champions League.
