The Transformation Resource Centre (TRC) in Lesotho has announced a new strategic direction focusing on human rights advocacy in agriculture and women empowerment over the next three years. The newly elected Chairman of the board, Baba Malephane, said the strategy supports government efforts aligned with the National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP) II review extension to alleviate poverty through increased agricultural production. TRC will focus on empowering women in agriculture, including supporting them to supply stores and supermarkets. Malephane appealed for support to achieve these goals.
