Former Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has urged the Federal Government to take all necessary measures to prevent a recurrence of the Nigerian Air Force aircraft crash in Igbokoda, Ondo State. Tambuwal made the call in a statement posted on his X platform on Wednesday while reacting to the crash, which claimed the lives of personnel and passengers on board. He expressed sadness over the incident and extended his condolences to President Bola Tinubu, the Minister of Defence, the Chief of Defence Staff, the Chief of the Air Staff, and the entire Armed Forces of Nigeria. He also paid tribute to the fallen personnel and other victims, describing the incident as a loss to the entire nation.
