APM Inaugurates Campaign Council, Says It’s Poised to Win Two-thirds of 103m Votes

The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has inaugurated its Presidential Campaign Management Committee in Abuja. The party's presidential candidate, Governor Seyi Makinde, was represented by his running mate, Mr Lawal Daura, a former Director-General of the Department of State Services. Makinde declared that the party aims to secure at least two-thirds of the votes of the 103 million registered voters for the January 16, 2027 presidential election. He emphasized the campaign's commitment to working within the provisions of the Electoral Act, 2026.
