Uzodinma phoned Olubadan over release of prospective corps members — Aide

Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma has informed the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, by telephone of the release of prospective National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members who were abducted while traveling to their orientation camps in Imo State. The confirmation was conveyed during a telephone conversation between the governor and the Olubadan at about 5pm on Wednesday. A statement by the Olubadan's media aide, Adeola Oloko, said Uzodinma personally informed the monarch of the release. The development brought relief to the families and loved ones of the victims.
