The Project Management Institute (PMI) has launched a free course titled 'PMI Foundations: Project Management for Entrepreneurs' to help entrepreneurs across sectors build delivery skills such as planning, financial discipline, and reliability. The course is designed for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs, including founders, side-hustle creators, solopreneurs, community innovators, and small teams. George Asamani, Managing Director for sub-Saharan Africa at PMI, said the findings show why creators need support with the business behind their content, noting that project management helps them plan work and use resources wisely. He added that these skills are equally important for those building catering businesses or launching new products.
