The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Federal Operations Unit Zone 'C' Owerri has seen a change in leadership. Comptroller Bishir Abdullahi Balogun (rtd) handed over to the newly appointed acting Comptroller, Deputy Comptroller of Customs, Farouk Nadaniya. The handover marks a transition in the operations of the unit in the South-East Zone. The new acting Comptroller is expected to continue the unit's mandate of enforcing customs regulations.
