Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq inaugurated a 464-unit housing estate in Ijagbo town, Oyun Local Government Area. The estate, named AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq Morire Housing Estate, includes 210 two-bedroom terrace apartments, 200 three-bedroom units, and 54 four-bedroom terrace duplexes. The governor stated that housing is not a luxury but a fundamental human need and a cornerstone of dignity, security, and family stability. He pledged to address the housing deficit in the state to improve living standards and economic development.
