Bandits attacked Kasabo community in Saminaka, Yauri Local Government Area of Kebbi State, killing three people in the early hours of Monday. Many residents escaped through the bush during the attack. Governor Nasir Idris visited the community on Tuesday to condole with the people, describing the incident as tragic and unacceptable. He donated N116 million to the families of the victims and the community, and assured that his administration would strengthen collaboration with security agencies to protect lives and property.
