A human rights defender in Plateau State, Mr Zongo, has allegedly been detained by the Nigerian Army. He was reportedly taken into custody on Monday at the Maxwell Khobe Cantonment, Rukuba Barracks, in Jos. The barracks houses the headquarters of the Nigerian Army's 3 Division.
