Nigerian actor Femi Adebayo has expressed puzzlement over claims that Euphoria 360 Hub is valued at ₦40 billion. The claims about the facility, located in Oregun, Lagos, have been circulating online since it was commissioned on October 6, 2026, by Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat. Adebayo questioned the valuation, asking 'What?? How?' in response to the reports.
