Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the African Democratic Congress governorship candidate in Lagos State, has said the Obidient movement remains with him despite contesting the 2027 governorship election on a different political platform from Peter Obi. In an interview on BlackBox, hosted by Rufai Oseni, Rhodes-Vivour stated that the values that attracted members of the movement to him are still part of his political identity. He added that his relationship with members of the movement has continued beyond the 2023 election.
