In an interview with Variety, Garfield said he became mistrustful and 'a bit scared' of the technology, noting that its creators may not fully understand its capabilities. The film, set to hit theaters on Christmas Day, chronicles the period when Altman was temporarily ousted from OpenAI in 2023.
