Abia State Governor Alex Otti has mourned Squadron Leader Ahamefule Aham Man-Ugwueje, an Abia-born co-pilot who died in a Nigerian Air Force aircraft crash. The crash occurred on October 5 at Igbokoda, Ondo State, killing all 25 people on board. Man-Ugwueje died 16 days after his wedding to Flight Lieutenant Damilola Adekunle. Otti described the crash as painful and devastating, bringing untold sorrow to the victims’ families and the nation.
