Court dismisses El-Rufai’s suit seeking to stop ICPC, others from freezing his assets

A court has dismissed a suit filed by El-Rufai seeking to stop the ICPC and other agencies from freezing his assets. Justice Abdulmalik ruled that a court cannot be used to prevent law enforcement agencies from performing their statutory duties. The ICPC, EFCC, DSS, and AGF had argued against the suit.
