Convicted murderer Christa Pike has regained consciousness in hospital nearly a week after surviving a failed execution by lethal injection in Tennessee. Pike, 50, had been scheduled for execution on September 30 over the 1995 murder. She woke up 'angry and confused' after surviving the lethal injection. The incident was reported by Gistlover.
