The All Progressives Congress (APC) in the North Central has announced plans to hold a mega rally in Lafia, Nasarawa State, on Saturday, October 10, in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima ahead of the 2027 general elections. The rally, organised under the auspices of the North Central Grassroots Mobilisation Network, will be hosted by Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, while the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, is expected to headline the event. APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, disclosed this in a statement issued on Thursday after a high-level meeting of North Central APC stakeholders in Abuja. The meeting was attended by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume; governors and deputy governors from the region; ministers; members of the National Assembly and other political office holders.
