A woman has been arraigned over alleged cyberstalking of Chief (Dr) Mrs Okoya. The prosecution alleged that the defendant conspired with others still at large to cause annoyance, injury, fear, and intimidation to Mrs Okoya. The defendant was granted N3 million bail.
