SERAP wants Appeal Court to throw out DSS’ N100m defamation judgment

SERAP has filed an appeal at the Court of Appeal seeking to set aside a judgment by the FCT High Court that awarded N100 million in damages against it for alleged defamation of two DSS officers. The rights group is challenging the judgment. The appeal was instituted by SERAP. The case is ongoing.
