Gunmen attacked workers on the Sokoto-Badagry Highway, killing a foreigner and two other persons. Two civilians also sustained gunshot injuries during the incident. The spokesperson for the Kebbi Police Command, SP Bashir Usman, disclosed the attack in a statement.
