The Gombe State Government has commenced the disbursement of N10.32 billion in gratuities to 6,665 retirees from both state and local government levels. Governor Inuwa Yahaya announced the initiation of the payments, which aim to settle outstanding entitlements owed to former workers. The move is part of the state's efforts to address pension arrears and support retirees.
